Boutique/ Store Manager Luxury Retail

About the Role

RAWAJ is seeking an experienced and accomplished Boutique/ Store Manager to lead a new luxury watch boutique in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the boutique's commercial performance, enhancing client experience, developing the team, and managing day-to-day operations for a prestigious international luxury watch brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the boutique to achieve and exceed sales targets and commercial objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sustainable business growth.
• Monitor individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take appropriate action to maximize performance.
• Identify opportunities to grow the boutique’s client base and strengthen its position within the Riyadh luxury market.
• Maintain an active presence on the sales floor and personally support high-value and strategic transactions.

Client Relationship Management

• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with VIP, VVIP, and high-net-worth clients.
• Proactively develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, events, and personalized outreach.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of key clients, including their preferences, purchasing history, and future requirements.
• Ensure consistent and professional follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
• Leverage an established network within the Saudi luxury market to generate new business opportunities.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record in leading commercial performance and client relations.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
