Business Development Manager Services

About the Role

****** is seeking a Business Development Manager- Services to drive new business growth. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting new clients and partners across ****** Group's Enterprise Services portfolio, which includes Tarjama LSP, Content Lab, and Ureed. The role is primarily hunter-focused, requiring proactive prospecting and the ability to close deals successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition of new logos within assigned markets, segments, and accounts.
• Develop and execute account-specific approaches to penetrate target organizations and establish new commercial relationships.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities, consistently working toward assigned business development and revenue targets.
• Conduct comprehensive A-Z account research to understand target accounts' business models, strategic priorities, existing language requirements, and decision-making structures.
• Translate assigned accounts into actionable penetration and go-to-market strategies, identifying where ******'s services can create measurable value.
• Perform proactive outbound prospecting through various channels, including physical meetings, calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and events.
• Qualify opportunities based on business need, commercial potential, buying authority, timing, and fit.
• Understand client requirements and position relevant LSP, Ureed Secondments, or Content Lab services accordingly.
• Develop compelling commercial propositions, proposals, and presentations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal progression from initial prospecting through closure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, activities, opportunities, and deal stages in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Production, Marketing, and other functions to ensure commercial commitments are realistic and deliverable.
• Attend industry conferences and events to promote the organization and network with potential clients and partners.

Service Portfolio Focus

The role covers the UAE market and spans three service lines, which are sold consultatively and in combination:

• LSP: Editorial Translation, Media Translation (subtitling, dubbing, video editing), Staffing, and Data Services.
• Ureed Secondments: Tech and Linguist placements.
• Content Lab: Events, Talent Sourcing, Social Media Management, Strategy, Tech, Design/Branding, and Content.

Required Experience and Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in business development, with a focus on services.
• Demonstrated ability to identify decision-makers, influencers, and buying centers within target organizations.
• Proficiency in structured opportunity qualification methodologies (*, MEDDPICC or equivalent).
• Strong capability in consultative selling and defining quantified ROI/business cases for prospective clients.
• Experience in responding to and winning structured bids/RFPs, particularly government-driven.
• Ability to leverage strategic partnerships and internal stakeholders to accelerate market access and deal closure.
• Highly driven and resilient, thriving in a target-oriented environment and capable of operating effectively under pressure.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring consistent in-person meetings with clients and stakeholders in the local market to strengthen relationships and foster client satisfaction.
