About the Role

Tiger Development – Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on expanding the company's client base and driving sales within the Saudi market, specifically for B2B services. The position offers a salary range of 4,000 to 8,000 Saudi Riyals.

Service Areas

The Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling services across various sectors, including:

• Facilities Management
• Cleaning
• Pest Control
• Landscaping
• Maintenance
• Contracting & Finishing

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential B2B clients, including companies, hotels, establishments, and projects.
• Communicate effectively with procurement departments, facilities managers, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct field visits and meetings to professionally present the company's services.
• Analyze client needs and coordinate with the technical team to prepare comprehensive technical and financial proposals.
• Follow up on price offers, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure sustained business growth.
• Prepare regular reports detailing sales opportunities, negotiation progress, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current residency in Riyadh is required.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing and sales of services within the Saudi market, with a track record of achieving sales and securing contracts.
• Understanding of service company operations and the processes for presenting offers and contracting.
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, follow-up, and deal closing.
• Proficiency in Arabic and the ability to communicate in English within a professional environment.
• Readiness for frequent field visits and client meetings.
• Previous experience in facilities management, cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, or contracting is preferred.
• A professional network in Riyadh is considered an advantage.

Role Type

This is an executive role focused on individual contribution and does not involve team management. While experience in digital marketing is an added advantage, direct sales and contracting experience are fundamental requirements for this position.
