About the Role

CareerFirst Company is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on connecting business objectives with the growth of digital products. The specialist will evaluate digital platforms from a business perspective, identify opportunities for enhancement and feature optimization, and collaborate with product and technical teams to implement data-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate platform functionality and user journeys from a business perspective to identify improvement, growth, and optimization opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements to guide product enhancements.
• Map out as-is and to-be business processes to optimize platform efficiency and user experience.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to translate business needs into actionable product backlogs.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in business development or a related field, with a focus on digital product growth and platform evaluation.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
