About the Role

AiPathos is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive new business growth for FlyThru, the company's voice AI ordering solution designed for restaurants. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working closely with the Sales Director to identify and engage new restaurant clients across Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for building an active sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals. The role focuses on expanding the adoption of FlyThru within the restaurant sector, particularly targeting chains with drive-thru operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting new clients, with a specific focus on restaurant chains that operate drive-thrus.
Engaging decision-makers through various channels including calls, email, LinkedIn, and direct site visits.
Conducting discovery meetings to understand client needs and performing product demonstrations of FlyThru.
Preparing proposals and managing follow-up activities to successfully close deals.
Maintaining and regularly updating client information within the CRM system.
Coordinating the seamless handover of new clients to the operations team.
Sharing market insights and customer feedback with the internal team to inform product and strategy development.

Qualifications and Experience

0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Demonstrated ability in confident presentation and effective follow-up.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
An interest in technology, artificial intelligence (AI), or the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is considered an advantage.
