About the Role

Fursan Travel is seeking a Business Travel Consultant for an implant position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a Saudi national to work directly from a client's premises, integrating seamlessly into their operations to manage comprehensive business travel needs.

Role Overview

As an integral part of our Implant project, the consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality travel services directly to our client. The primary objective is to ensure efficient and compliant travel arrangements for corporate clients, maintaining Fursan Travel's service standards while adhering to client-specific policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Book, issue, reissue, and refund air tickets using Amadeus or Sabre global distribution systems.
• Handle flight changes, cancellations, and urgent booking requests efficiently.
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries and identify the best available fares for clients.
• Manage hotel and other non-air travel bookings, ensuring all client requirements are met.
• Handle client requests professionally via phone and email, providing timely assistance.
• Provide alternative travel solutions when required, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure strict compliance with corporate travel policies and account-specific procedures.
• Maintain accurate booking records and comprehensive documentation for all transactions.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Travel or Business Travel.
• Strong knowledge of Amadeus or Sabre global distribution systems.
• Solid experience in ticketing, understanding fare rules, and itinerary preparation.
• Experience with B2B hotel booking platforms such as TBO or Hotelbeds.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Fluent English is required; proficiency in Arabic is considered a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time implant position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring the consultant to work directly from the client's premises as part of the Fursan Travel team.
