About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a Document Controller to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for managing and organizing the flow of documents, ensuring secure storage and accessibility across departments. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage, organize, and control all document-related processes, including handling, updating, storage, and disposal. The Document Controller ensures that all documents are stored safely and securely, prepares necessary reports, archives documents, and facilitates seamless access for all relevant departments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Organize, store, retrieve, and distribute documents efficiently.
Ensure all documents are labeled, filed, and archived in accordance with company standards.
Monitor document revisions and remove obsolete versions from circulation.
Facilitate effective communication between departments for smooth document exchange.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure deadlines are met and documents are delivered on time.
Provide support and training to staff on document management systems.

General Responsibilities

The Document Controller will also contribute to general operational effectiveness through proficiency in HR processes, ensuring timely delivery, applying problem-solving skills, maintaining quality standards, adhering to business processes, and upholding health, safety, and environment guidelines.
