The Role of QSHE Coordinator

Almarai is seeking a full-time QSHE Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh. This role is essential for enforcing compliance with QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health & Environment) management systems within the region. The QSHE Coordinator will implement QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures to meet consumer and customer needs. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of the QSHE Management System to ensure customer and consumer satisfaction.
• Support the identification of business risks and the implementation of divisional QSHE strategies to mitigate potential threats.
• Conduct internal audits across all regional functions in alignment with QSHE management systems, identifying improvement opportunities and recommending corrective actions.
• Assist in incident investigations by performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Manage consumer and customer complaints, accident investigations, product recalls, and Municipality-related issues.
• Deliver regional technical training to all functional staff on QSHE strategies, policies, and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to assist in implementing and maintaining QSHE management systems.
• Experience with internal audits and identifying corrective actions.
• Proficiency in conducting root cause analysis for incident investigations.
• Strong communication skills for delivering technical training.
