SJ Bakery is seeking a Catering & Hospitality Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on driving sales growth within the catering and hospitality sectors.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base and overseeing the operational execution of catering and hospitality events. This role involves attracting new clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery that meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Client Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed catering sales targets.
• Identify and attract new business opportunities through networking and direct outreach to potential clients.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and event organizers.
• Prepare and present customized price offers, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs and budgets.
• Conduct site visits, coordinate menu tastings, and manage pre-event meetings with clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform sales strategies and prepare periodic reports for the Sales Manager.
• Ensure prompt and professional follow-up on all inquiries, sales opportunities, and submitted offers.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, update CRM data, and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Represent the company professionally at trade shows and hospitality sector events.
• Operations & Event Execution: Oversee the complete operational execution of hospitality events, from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate effectively with production, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth and professional event execution.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards during events.
• Handle on-site challenges, last-minute changes, and urgent client requests professionally and promptly.
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, occupational safety, and food handling health requirements across all events.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in sales within the catering, event management, or hospitality sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client accounts.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and CRM systems.
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic (an essential requirement) with a good command of English.
