About FinEasy and the Chief Executive Officer Role

FinEasy is a Saudi fintech company licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) as a digital financing intermediary. The company connects consumers, merchants, and financing partners through a fully Sharia-compliant point-of-sale financing platform. As FinEasy completes its final licensing milestones and prepares for market launch, the Board is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the company through its launch phase and into scale. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Opportunity

This role presents an opportunity to lead a licensed Saudi fintech from its foundational stage. The company benefits from a committed Board, a clear regulatory pathway, and a product aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Financial Sector Development Program. The CEO will be instrumental in establishing FinEasy's market presence and driving its growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the completion of SAMA final licensing requirements and establish the company's governance, risk, and compliance foundations.
• Oversee the delivery of the digital platform and its integrations with national infrastructure and financing partners.
• Guide the company from a closed pilot phase to full market launch, then drive commercial growth and profitability.
• Represent the company before the Board, SAMA, shareholders, and strategic partners.
• Build and inspire a high-performing executive team and foster a healthy, transparent company culture.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 12–15+ years of experience in financial services or fintech, with a minimum of 5 years in senior executive leadership.
• Direct experience with Saudi regulators and a strong command of SAMA frameworks and the finance companies regulatory environment.
• Solid grounding in Islamic finance products, including Murabaha and Tawarruq, and point-of-sale financing models.
• Proven ability to build companies at the foundation stage, encompassing strategy development, licensing, market launch, and scaling operations.
• Eligibility for SAMA Fit & Proper requirements; appointment is subject to SAMA non-objection.
