Afaq - Warehouse Branch is seeking a City Manager for External Fulfillment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is part of Amazon Worldwide Operations, which focuses on fulfillment and customer service to ensure a consistent customer experience. The company aims to be customer-centric, offering a wide selection and convenience through its e-commerce platform.

Role Overview

The City Manager, External Fulfillment, will monitor multiple sites from an operations and compliance perspective. This role involves working with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to Amazon Standards and operational metrics. The position requires a focus on customer obsession and a strong sense of ownership to identify patterns and disruptions in operations. Candidates should be able to analyze details and foresee data implications.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor operations of assigned sites and implement improvements.
Identify and act upon relevant data from multiple sources.
Anticipate implications based on current data and trends.
Ensure organized and prompt notification of issues, problem-solving, and recurrence prevention.
Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, considering objectives, limits, conformance, and information privacy.
Train and direct associates to ensure adherence to norms and practices.
Audit sites for operational conformance, restrictions, and norms.
Conduct audits based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), analyze data, and propose features to enhance the Seller experience.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
Ability to dive deep into details and scrutinize information.
Capacity to foresee data implications and act proactively.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly. Travel to sites for launch, setup, support, audit, and monitoring operations is also required.
