About Lucidya and the Client Delivery Specialist Role

Lucidya is an AI-native platform specializing in customer experience (CX) intelligence, designed to autonomously manage entire customer lifecycles from engagement to retention and growth. The platform utilizes proprietary NLU capabilities, developed in-house and trained on millions of multilingual conversations, to provide actionable insights and personalized experiences. Lucidya is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist to serve as an on-site representative at client offices in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is a hands-on, project-based contract role for one year, focused on managing and coordinating the delivery of assigned client projects.

Role Responsibilities

The Client Delivery Specialist will be embedded with a specific customer, overseeing day-to-day coordination, tracking progress, and addressing challenges to ensure all project outcomes are delivered as agreed. Key duties include:

• Owning end-to-end delivery of assigned client projects, from kickoff through final handover.
• Acting as the on-site Lucidya representative at the client office, managing daily coordination and execution.
• Building, tracking, and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Leading project implementation activities for Lucidya’s SaaS solutions in alignment with the agreed scope.
• Coordinating across internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support) to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and proactively addressing challenges.
• Managing client communication, updates, escalations, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring quality, compliance, and timely completion of all project outcomes and deliverables.
• Maintaining project documentation, status reporting, and handover materials.
• Contributing to improving project delivery processes and best practices.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this role should possess 1-3 years of experience working directly with customers in project-based or operational capacities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:

Work Environment
