The Role of Client Engagement Representative

The Client Engagement Representative serves as the initial point of contact for major clients, including global brands, sports teams, and event organizers. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, focuses on initiating client relationships, generating qualified interest, and preparing leads for the technical sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with enterprise prospects through networking, cold outreach, and in-person pitches.
• Attend high-profile events as a brand ambassador.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across sports, entertainment, and enterprise sectors.
• Book discovery meetings for the internal technical sales team to advance conversations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and approach strategies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing, relationship-driven role.
• Experience ideally within hospitality, events, or a highly professional service environment.
• Bonus: Experience with enterprise clientele or exposure to consultative selling.
