The Role: Client Relations Specialist

Season Lifestyle is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is focused on B2B customer relations, with primary responsibility for managing corporate clients and business accounts. The specialist will ensure professional client engagement and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage long-term relationships with corporate clients and actively acquire new business accounts.
• Receive and process customer inquiries, complaints, and orders with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure the necessity and timely delivery of fulfilled orders.
• Oversee sales, trials, and financial relationship follow-up, tailored to client needs.
• Achieve target prices and establish a strong service presence through dedicated business plans for each account, including contributions to pricing strategy.
• Update customer data and meticulously document all transactions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing customer performance and satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for developing and increasing sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Cultivate customer loyalty to enhance their success rate and retention.
• Obtain and follow up on payments from specialized research experts in accordance with agreed payment terms.
