The Clinical Support Specialist Role

The Clinical Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medical devices by providing comprehensive support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. This position involves direct engagement with the healthcare community to facilitate product understanding, adoption, and ongoing support, contributing to a positive customer experience.

Core Responsibilities

Provide clinical guidance, education, and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training sessions to ensure safe and effective product usage.
Support patient onboarding and follow-up activities, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate support activities and ensure consistent service delivery.
Respond to clinical enquiries and provide appropriate product-related guidance.
Support educational initiatives and awareness activities within the healthcare community.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with relevant clinical and quality standards.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

A valid nursing licence or registration in Saudi Arabia is required.
Demonstrated experience of 5-10 years within medical devices, patient care, or a related healthcare environment is essential.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively train and engage healthcare professionals.
A strong patient-focused approach combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires the specialist to be physically located in Riyadh to effectively serve the local healthcare community and collaborate with internal teams.
