About the Role

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority is seeking a Cloud Computing Center Of Excellence Director to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the strategic direction and implementation of cloud initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will establish best practices, governance, and frameworks to maximize the benefits of cloud technologies while ensuring compliance and security standards are met.

Role Purpose

The Cloud Computing Center of Excellence (CCoE) Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the adoption and integration of cloud solutions that align with business objectives. This position is central to driving the organization's cloud strategy and ensuring its effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the IT Planning and Management business plan, ensuring alignment with ZATCA's strategy.
• Investigate and propose initiatives for Cloud Computing that result in positive financial impact and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Define ZATCA IT & Digitization service offerings to enable business users' operational needs, ensuring continuous maintenance and updates.
• Develop the ZATCA IT & Digitization service catalog in cooperation with business users and relevant IT functions and stakeholders.
• Oversee the development of the Cloud Computing CoE portfolio, assuring the fulfillment of business requirements and customer needs.
• Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent.
• Guide, mentor, and support direct reports to execute duties according to established policies and processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field is required.
• A Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent field is preferred.
• Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience.
