About the Role

Site is seeking a Senior Director Cloud Solution Excellence to lead the technical pre-sales function for Cloud Solutions. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving solution innovation, proposal competitiveness, and increasing win rates across the cloud opportunity portfolio.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Senior Director Cloud Solution Excellence will be responsible for the end-to-end pre-sales strategy for new client lifecycles, from initial opportunity development through to contract award. This role is central to ensuring consistent quality and value realization from pre-sale activities through post-delivery, integrating Cloud Customer Engagement and Solution Excellence into a unified customer strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end pre-sales strategy for the new client lifecycle, from opportunity development to award.
• Manage ERP proposal governance, ensuring adherence to approval processes, purchase order/contract receipt, and project registration standards.
• Drive sales enablement strategy across opportunity shaping, technical qualification, and proposal development.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for lifecycle performance, ensuring consistent quality and value realization from pre-sale through post-delivery.
• Oversee the integration of Cloud Customer Engagement and Solution Excellence into a unified customer strategy.
• Define and monitor win-rate KPIs and competitiveness benchmarks against market standards.
• Contribute to new cloud product and offering development based on identified market needs and industry-tailored offerings.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Cloud Services, Cloud Solutions, Commercial, and Account Management teams.

Key Deliverables

• Execution of a department-wide pre-sales strategy across the opportunity portfolio.
• Improved win-rate and enhanced proposal competitiveness in the market.
• Consistent and accountable lifecycle performance from pre-sale through post-delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
