Honeywell (KSA) is seeking a Commercial Contracts Senior Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to safeguarding Honeywell's interests across all transactions with customers, suppliers, and partners through direct engagement. The successful candidate will contribute to a global team focused on innovation and future-oriented solutions.

Role Context and Impact

This position is responsible for establishing and managing the contractual and commercial frameworks for projects from their inception through to completion. The role involves proactive engagement to mitigate financial impacts, manage claims, and advise on best practices to ensure appropriate record-keeping for potential disputes. It requires close collaboration with operational and legal teams to manage commercial and contractual risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish contractual and commercial frameworks for projects.
• Collaborate with Operations Teams to mitigate negative financial impacts.
• Provide commercial solutions for identified threats of negative deviation.
• Conduct contract reviews.
• Advise project teams on commercial practices related to scope changes and variation orders.
• Deploy standard Commercial Management methodologies in project delivery and control.
• Manage claims effectively.
• Advise on best practices for record-keeping concerning potential claims or dispute resolution.
• Alert Operational Management / General Manager to commercial risk threats and recommend approaches.
• Provide ongoing support in assessing Honeywell’s entitlement and quantifying damages for dispute resolution.
• Substantiate Honeywell’s position and achieve reasonable dispute resolution, even with restrictive contract language.
• Investigate and analyze causes and effects of events, and prepare submissions.
• Manage commercial and contractual project risks.
• Work closely with the Legal Team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in commercial contracts and management.
