About the Role

Key Talent Solutions is seeking a Community and General Entertainment Integration Manager to support a major international gaming and esports festival program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract role requiring dedicated involvement throughout the program, with an experience range of 5-10 years.

Role Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating entertainment activities across festival common areas, fan zones, and community spaces. The role ensures a varied and engaging visitor experience throughout the event by managing main-stage entertainment and delivering large-scale, multi-week event programs.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate entertainment programming across festival common areas, main stages, and community spaces.
Develop multi-week entertainment calendars, including live performances, fan activities, community events, and special programming.
Create engaging experiences for diverse audiences, including gaming fans, families, and general visitors.
Design and manage rotating entertainment content to maintain audience engagement throughout the festival.
Coordinate main-stage programming, weekly highlights, and major entertainment moments.
Develop practical programming plans covering audience capacity, visitor throughput, space requirements, and staffing.
Collaborate with event planning, production, venue operations, and technical delivery teams.
Manage program schedules, content updates, and live-event changes.
Ensure entertainment activities align with wider festival programming and operational requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in live entertainment and festival programming.
Demonstrated experience creating engaging community experiences.
Experience managing main-stage entertainment and delivering large-scale, multi-week event programs.
Availability to be onsite in Riyadh during the required festival operating periods in July–August and November 2027.

Working Arrangements

Two potential working arrangements are available for this contract role:

Riyadh-based: Working from the project office, with relocation and visa support subject to agreed terms.
Remote-based: Working Sunday to Thursday on Riyadh business hours, with required travel to Saudi Arabia.
