About the Role

360Solutions is seeking a dedicated Compliance & Reporting Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring the company's adherence to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, and plays a critical role in reviewing technical and professional reports for regulatory alignment before their issuance.

Role Overview

The Compliance & Reporting Officer will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance and governance within the organization. This involves actively contributing to the development of robust compliance policies and procedures, diligently monitoring anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) requirements, and preparing essential periodic reports. The role also focuses on fostering a strong culture of compliance and governance across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Review technical and professional reports prior to issuance, ensuring full compliance with approved regulations and internal policies.
• Examine contracts, letters, and related forms from a compliance perspective.
• Monitor the implementation of compliance, AML, and CTF policies and procedures.
• Review client files to ensure all Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements are met.
• Prepare and update compliance and governance policies, procedures, and compliance records.
• Track updates issued by regulatory bodies and analyze their potential impact on company operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and legal advisors to address regulatory matters.
• Prepare periodic reports for management detailing compliance levels and identified risks.
• Follow up on internal and external audit observations and oversee the implementation of corrective action plans.
• Organize awareness and training programs related to compliance and governance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in compliance, governance, or regulatory review.
• Professional experience in accounting and audit firms, law firms, or compliance and governance departments is preferred.
• Good knowledge of relevant Saudi regulations and laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong skills in report preparation, writing, and review.
• High analytical capabilities and the ability to identify regulatory risks.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required, and proficiency in English is preferred.
• Professional certifications in compliance, governance, or AML are preferred.
