About the Opportunity

Key Talent Solutions is supporting a leading Saudi Construction Contractor in the appointment of a Construction Foreman. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is integral to a major high-rise development project. The role requires a professional with 2-5 years of dedicated experience in construction supervision.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, with a primary focus on reinforced-concrete works. This involves ensuring the effective coordination of labour, materials, and subcontractors to meet established programme schedules, quality standards, and safety targets. This is a significant opportunity to contribute to a long-term construction project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise concrete, reinforcement, formwork, and structural works.
• Allocate labour and coordinate site teams across multiple work fronts.
• Ensure construction activities comply with drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship, programme, and material availability.
• Coordinate effectively with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Enforce all health, safety, and quality requirements on site.
• Report progress, delays, and site issues to construction management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Strong experience (2-5 years) as a Construction Foreman, Civil Foreman, or General Foreman.
• Proven experience specifically on high-rise building projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of reinforced-concrete construction, including foundations, columns, walls, cores, beams, and slabs.
• Experience supervising large, multicultural workforces.
• Ability to accurately read construction drawings and effectively coordinate daily site activities.
