About the Opportunity

Key Talent Solutions (KTS) is supporting a leading Saudi construction contractor in the appointment of an experienced Construction Manager. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is integral to a major, technically complex, and high-profile construction programme.

Role Focus

The Construction Manager will be responsible for leading significant reinforced concrete works and high-rise building construction activities. This role requires the ability to manage large site teams effectively, ensuring structural works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules and programme milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale reinforced concrete and structural construction works.
• Manage high-rise construction activities across multiple work fronts.
• Drive concrete cycles, sequencing, productivity, and programme milestones.
• Manage engineers, supervisors, foremen, labour, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, and associated temporary works.
• Monitor manpower, plant, materials, and site productivity.
• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, HSE, QA/QC, and Logistics teams.
• Review drawings, method statements, RFIs, and construction sequencing.
• Resolve site, technical, and constructability issues.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and delivery performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Construction Manager.
• Extensive hands-on experience delivering high-rise building projects.
• Proven ability to manage large site teams and subcontractors effectively.
