About the Cooperative Programme

Addleshaw Goddard offers a Cooperative Training Programme within its Corporate Law team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time programme is designed for students with 0-1 years of experience to gain practical legal experience in a professional setting. Interns will work alongside experienced legal professionals, contributing to various corporate legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cooperative trainee primarily supporting the Corporate partners, responsibilities include:

Assisting the Corporate Law team with drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Conducting legal research on corporate law matters, including regulatory requirements and compliance issues specific to Saudi Arabia.
Supporting the team in preparing for client meetings and presentations.
Maintaining accurate and organised records of legal files and documents.
Monitoring updates in laws and regulations relevant to corporate law and providing summaries to the team.
Participating in team meetings and contributing to discussions on ongoing cases and projects.
Adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive legal information.
