About the Role

TASNEE, a prominent Saudi industrial company, is seeking a Coordinator II, Rassas Logistics to join its wholly-owned subsidiary, Rassas, in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to managing warehouse and stores operations, ensuring the efficient movement and availability of goods for the business.

Role Overview

The Coordinator II for Rassas Logistics plays a critical role in supporting the supply chain by overseeing various warehouse and stores activities. The primary objective is to facilitate the smooth flow of goods, from inbound processing to outbound dispatch, ensuring product availability and operational efficiency within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to junior colleagues within the logistics team.
• Manage inbound and outbound operations, including accurate processing of information and documentation.
• Liaise with internal and external contacts to manage information related to customer orders, supplier shipments, and product availability.
• Coordinate the ordering, distribution, and tracking of inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Assist in the planning and management of packaging materials for finished products.
• Coordinate the entry of sales, maintenance, and production orders into relevant systems.
• Maintain accurate vendor, supplier, and customer records.
• Schedule inbound and outbound logistics, establishing clear arrival and departure terms.
• Prepare daily schedules for receiving, deliveries, and shipping activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field. A foundational understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management is beneficial.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Rassas Logistics team, contributing to the broader operations of TASNEE.
