Role Overview

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager to join the Infrastructure team in Middle Oraija Dist, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting various projects, from pre-contract estimating stages to post-contract on-site activities. The Cost Manager will contribute to delivering effective cost management services from project inception through construction completion, ensuring client objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Cost Management team and take responsibility for allocated tasks.
• Contribute to providing service delivery to clients, building trust and enhancing the company's reputation.
• Assist in ensuring client objectives are achieved through effective cost management from pre-contract to construction completion.
• Measure building works, including Civil, structural, architectural, and MEP components.
• Take personal responsibility for the quality of work produced.
• Assist the team in ensuring accurate and timely production of information and reports.
• Interface with team members in a professional manner.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in the Real Estate / Property sector.
• Knowledge of the Cost Management / Quantity Surveying profession.
• Basic experience in the measurement and quantification of building works and Bills of Quantities.
• Professional approach and confidence in contributing value to the team.
• Ability to collaborate with others and accept instruction within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills.
