About the Role

Tabuk Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Credit Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing end-to-end credit management processes and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Credit Supervisor will play a key role in managing financial risk and optimizing collection activities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end credit management and ensure full compliance with the company’s credit policy.
Conduct credit assessments, assign risk categories, and review customer credit limits periodically.
Supervise collections activities and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and bad debt exposure.
Monitor sales orders and make release/hold decisions based on credit status and outstanding balances.
Prepare periodic Accounts Receivable (A/R), aging, collections, and exposure reports for management review.
Coordinate with Commercial teams to align on customer performance, disputes, and collection strategies.
Liaise with Treasury to manage credit insurance coverage and adjust limits based on exposure and forecasts.
Ensure complete customer documentation and adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Coach, guide, and evaluate the performance of the credit team.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in credit management.
Demonstrated ability to manage credit policies and procedures effectively.
Experience in conducting credit assessments and managing risk categories.
Proficiency in preparing financial reports related to A/R, aging, and collections.

Skills and Competencies

Strong analytical skills for credit assessment and risk management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for liaising with internal and external teams.
Ability to identify process improvements and implement efficient solutions.
Leadership skills to coach, guide, and evaluate team performance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a dynamic financial environment, collaborating with various departments to ensure robust credit management practices.
