Role Overview: Customer Care Officer

Al Borg Diagnostics is seeking a Customer Care Officer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is essential for ensuring positive interactions for patients and clients. The Customer Care Officer will serve as a primary point of contact, managing inquiries, facilitating appointments, and supporting the efficient daily operations of the diagnostic centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
• Manage incoming customer calls with professional and courteous communication.
• Register patients and create job orders within the laboratory system to facilitate sample collection and testing processes.
• Deliver test results to customers, ensuring accuracy and maintaining confidentiality.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, escalating concerns to relevant departments and ensuring necessary follow-up.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area and waiting rooms.
• Support billing processes by issuing bills and receipts for payments.
• Assist in collecting customer satisfaction data and conducting follow-up calls as required.
• Provide administrative assistance, including documentation and report preparation.
• Adhere to all applicable health regulations and company policies.
• Train new reception staff when necessary.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Diploma in Health Management, Medical Records, Medical Laboratories, or an equivalent field is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and standard office software.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role requires flexibility to accommodate various shifts, including work on weekends and public holidays, to ensure continuous customer support and operational coverage.
