About the Role

MAJID AL FUTTAIM is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to supporting our customer operations and contributing to the company's overall growth objectives.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Customer Care Representative is to maximize company sales growth and profitability. This is achieved through the effective oversight of daily routines, providing coaching, and fostering the development of associates to enhance their performance and ensure efficient customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate all personnel, operational, and product-related issues to the appropriate Contact Center supervisor or manager.
Process all customer requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Focus on meeting customer expectations by effectively utilizing all available resolution options.
Communicate pertinent information clearly and concisely to all Contact Center associates.
Engage effectively and efficiently with all company associates and external business contacts.
Actively participate in regular team meetings and leadership meetings as required to contribute to collective goals.
Promote a strong sense of teamwork by collaborating safely, effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with all associates.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 0 to 1 year of relevant professional experience.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective internal and external interactions.
Demonstrated ability to process information accurately and efficiently.
A customer-focused approach with a commitment to meeting and exceeding expectations.
