About the Role

Everhires is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves serving as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution. The ideal candidate will represent the company's standards while maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support to the Marketing and Sales department. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, record, and respond to customer inquiries and complaints across various channels in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure customer concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally, reflecting the company’s values and standards.
Adhere to and implement all customer service policies and directives established by management.
Prepare and submit daily activity reports detailing customer interactions, complaint resolutions, and task completions.
Maintain, file, and organize customer service records and quality assurance documents for internal reviews and audits.
Assist with routine office tasks and perform additional duties assigned by the Customer Service Coordinator or Marketing & Sales Director.

Qualifications and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent; higher qualifications are preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related administrative role.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in basic computer applications and document management, including saving, organizing, and retrieving records.
Ability to operate standard office equipment, including printers, photocopiers, scanners, packaging machines, and paper shredders.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening capabilities.
Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-resolution skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
