Role Overview

Aventus is seeking an experienced Cyber Consultant / Trainer to support cybersecurity operations and training initiatives. This full-time, 1-year extendable contract position is with a leading Big Four Consulting Firm, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Position Context

This role is ideal for cybersecurity professionals with a strong technical background and previous experience working within the military or a military-affiliated organization. The successful candidate will operate within a specialized academy environment, playing a key role in developing cybersecurity learning content and enhancing existing training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver cybersecurity training programs and educational content.
• Review, assess, and enhance existing cybersecurity courses to align with industry best practices and emerging threats.
• Create training materials, including presentations, labs, practical exercises, assessments, and technical documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, classroom sessions, and hands-on cyber exercises.
• Support reporting, documentation, and project deliverables as required.

Cybersecurity Training Domains

The role involves supporting curriculum development across various cybersecurity domains, including:

• Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Incident Response
• Threat Intelligence
• Network Security
• Digital Forensics
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

Candidate Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated strong technical background in cybersecurity.
• Prior experience within the military or a military-affiliated organization.
• Ability to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is required.
