The Role of Cybersecurity Manager

Almarai is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to leading and managing the company's strategic goals related to IT and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security. The role emphasizes ensuring the highest levels of availability, integrity, and functionality for these systems.

Core Purpose of the Job

The primary purpose of the Cybersecurity Manager is to provide innovative solutions that reduce IT/ICS security risks and to adopt best practices in security compliance. This involves a focus on maintaining the operational integrity and security posture of critical corporate systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate strategic goals concerning the security of IT and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
• Ensure the highest availability, integrity, and functionality of IT and ICS systems.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to reduce IT/ICS security risks.
• Adopt and enforce best practices in security compliance across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cybersecurity initiatives.
• Experience with IT and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security.
• Knowledge of security compliance best practices.
