The platform has facilitated over 2 billion in sales, serving some of the largest mega events across the Kingdom. We are currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Data Entry Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and visual integrity of content across Webook's digital platforms. This position involves managing content within various systems, preparing digital assets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and precise information delivery for events and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently upload and manage content within Content Management System (CMS) platforms.
• Resize, compress, and prepare images to meet web usage specifications.
• Execute minor design updates to enhance the visual appeal of digital content.
• Navigate and utilize various web tools and software effectively.
• Collaborate with event operations teams for comprehensive event preparation and ongoing updates.
• Liaise with marketing and product departments to implement their content-related requests.
• Regularly review web and application content to ensure all information is current and accurate.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, with a preference for Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in content management systems and web tools, supported by at least two years of experience.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with multiple internal departments.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize various assignments efficiently.
• A basic understanding of design principles is considered a valuable asset.
• Prior experience in data entry or content management roles is preferred.
