About the Role

stc is seeking a Digital Acceleration Expert to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for advancing digital transformation and strengthening business excellence across the organization. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Digital Acceleration Expert provides specialized knowledge and expert advice to accelerate digital transformation and enhance business excellence. This involves contributing to digital initiatives, demand planning, process improvement, project governance, and performance optimization. The role holder will analyze business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend practical digital solutions aligned with corporate priorities and technology roadmaps, while also supporting stakeholders in managing delivery risks and applying governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on digital acceleration opportunities aligned with corporate priorities and Technology Unit roadmaps.
• Assess business requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions, capabilities, and implementation approaches.
• Support the development and improvement of digital transformation frameworks, tools, methodologies, and working practices.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations to support the prioritization and funding of digital initiatives, including assessing business value, feasibility, and impact.
• Research emerging technologies and relevant industry practices, evaluating their potential application within the Business Cluster.
• Collect, analyze, and validate demand inputs from business units, preparing detailed demand forecasts using historical data, business assumptions, and market intelligence.
• Provide subject-matter expertise to project teams, reviewing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance information, and recommending corrective actions.
• Analyze end-to-end processes and value chains to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, duplication, and digitalization opportunities, recommending practical improvements.
• Support the documentation, standardization, measurement, and continuous improvement of Business Cluster processes, applying approved Corporate Quality Management standards.
• Provide analysis and expert advice on governance, risk, compliance, and control matters, reviewing digital initiatives and processes against applicable policies and identifying remediation actions.
• Develop reports, presentations, dashboards, and analytical materials to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions related to digital acceleration, demand analysis, process improvement, and governance.
• Build effective working relationships with business, technology, finance, quality, risk, and governance stakeholders, and transfer knowledge to project and business teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of prior experience in digital transformation, business analysis, demand planning, project support, process improvement, and governance.
• Experience must be within a telecommunications or technology-driven industry.

Recommended Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.

Operational Context

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role holder will carry out duties in accordance with stipulated business policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to quality and governance standards.
