The Role of Digital Business Partner

Aathar Holding Company is seeking an experienced Digital Business Partner / Digital Account Lead. This full-time role, based in Riyadh or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, involves bridging business needs with technology, identifying digital opportunities, and translating client challenges into scalable, technology-enabled solutions. The objective is to deliver measurable value and impact for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary interface between clients and digital teams.
• Lead the discovery and shaping of digital opportunities.
• Translate business and operational needs into digital roadmaps, use cases, and clear requirements.
• Shape and lead digital transformation initiatives across digital platforms, data & analytics, automation, CRM, and digital products and services.
• Prioritize initiatives based on client readiness, data maturity, funding, adoption requirements, and delivery dependencies.
• Drive post-implementation adoption and monitor usage, performance, value, and impact.
• Identify opportunities for reusable digital assets and scalable solutions across clients.
• Collaborate with consulting, PMO, finance, business development, and technical teams to ensure solutions are commercially viable and operationally deliverable.
• Manage client and internal stakeholders and address delivery, scope, cost, timeline, and adoption challenges.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a leader capable of converting client needs into digital opportunities, opportunities into solutions, and solutions into measurable value and impact. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage stakeholder relationships and drive digital initiatives from conception through to successful adoption and value realization.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
