About the Digital and Social Media Manager Role

Almarai Company, established in 1977, is seeking a Digital and Social Media Manager to join its team in Riyadh, KSA. Core Purpose of the Position

The primary objective of this role is to lead the overall communications strategy and governance for external communications programs. This involves ensuring a consistent corporate identity and brand messaging across all channels, driving measurable business impact through integrated multi-channel content initiatives, and fostering strong engagement with the audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital and social media strategies.
• Manage and oversee all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and optimal performance.
• Coordinate content creation and distribution across various digital channels.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders on social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform strategy.
• Ensure strong corporate identity and brand consistency in all external communications.
• Contribute to the development of integrated multi-channel content initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing.
• Between 7 to 9 years of experience in the communications field or social media channels.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms, content coordination, and customer engagement.

Essential Skills

• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
