Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Director, Commercial Residential to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to the commercial success of residential development projects within Qiddiya, a leading entertainment and tourism destination.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Director, Commercial Residential will be responsible for driving the overall commercial strategy, managing contracts, and overseeing procurement for Qiddiya's residential development projects. This pivotal role involves ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and in alignment with Qiddiya's high standards for quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies for residential development projects.
• Manage contract negotiations, procurement, and commercial risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and value engineering opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies related to commercial activities.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the commercial team to enhance performance and professional growth.
• Report regularly to senior management on commercial performance and key project milestones.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve operational efficiencies in residential developments.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant commercial experience, ideally within residential development or a related sector. A strong background in contract management, procurement, and financial oversight is essential, alongside proven leadership capabilities.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

This role involves leading and mentoring a dedicated commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. The Director will collaborate extensively with various internal departments, as well as external suppliers and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to Qiddiya's high standards.
