Director Commercial and Partnerships Film Studio

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company (شركة قدية الاستثمارية) is seeking a Director Commercial and Partnerships - Film Studio to lead the commercial growth strategy for Playmaker Film Studio. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and focuses on driving revenue through strategic partnerships, leasing, sponsorships, marketing, and business development. The role is critical for maximizing studio utilization, enhancing brand visibility, and building long-term relationships within the film, media, and entertainment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial and partnership strategy for Playmaker Film Studio.
• Identify and secure new revenue opportunities, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage key client and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee leasing activities, including tenant acquisition, retention, and occupancy performance.
• Drive marketing, communications, and brand positioning initiatives.
• Oversee digital and social media strategies to enhance audience engagement and awareness.
• Monitor commercial performance, budgets, KPIs, and revenue targets.
• Represent Playmaker Film Studio with industry partners, investors, production companies, and government stakeholders.

This role involves direct leadership and management of a team, including:

• Partnership & Business Development Manager
• Leasing & Tenant Relations Manager
• Marketing & Communications Lead
• Social Media Specialist

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in commercial strategy, partnerships, and business development, preferably within the film, media, or entertainment industry.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Qiddiya Investment Company. The role requires active engagement with various internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve commercial objectives for Playmaker Film Studio.
