Role Overview

Honeywell (KSA) is seeking a Director ISC Operations - META Region - Building Automation to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. Based in Riyadh, this full-time role involves strategizing and overseeing procurement, production, logistics, and distribution processes to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence across the designated site.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate communications and strategies with Business, Commercial, CX, HR, and ISC functions.
• Oversee and improve logistics processes, including Distribution Centers and freight operations.
• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, encompassing demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Strategic Leadership

This position requires a strategic leader who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional leadership to implement strategic initiatives. The Director will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement across the entire supply chain, ensuring that all operations are aligned with business objectives and contribute to overall organizational success.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in integrated supply chain operations. A proven ability to oversee and guide complex processes such as procurement, production, logistics, and distribution is essential. Strong analytical skills for monitoring performance metrics and leadership capabilities for driving strategic initiatives are also required.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Honeywell (KSA)'s Building Automation sector. The role involves managing operations across the META Region.
