Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a Director Utilities to lead its utilities division. This is a full-time, senior leadership position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Strategic Leadership in Utilities

The Director Utilities will be responsible for setting the vision for the utilities division, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards, and driving excellence in utility planning, design, and implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the utilities division aligned with corporate objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction to utility managers and teams to achieve project and organizational goals.
• Ensure all utility activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of the utilities function.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including government agencies, utility providers, and clients, to ensure effective collaboration.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate utility-related challenges.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement in utility processes and standards.
• Represent Jasara PMC at industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant utilities management or leadership role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic planning capabilities, a proven track record in ensuring regulatory compliance, and the ability to drive operational excellence within a complex project environment.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
