About the Role

********** is seeking an E-Commerce Associate Marketplace to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving e-commerce growth, revenue, profitability, and market share across existing and new online channels in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on commercial operator capable of independently managing marketplace performance, identifying new opportunities, and executing growth plans end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Own KSA e-commerce sales targets, forecasts, and commercial performance.
Manage and grow existing online accounts including Amazon KSA, Noon, and Trendyol.
Develop joint business plans, negotiate commercial opportunities, and drive account growth.
Identify, onboard, and scale new e-commerce customers and channels.
Drive sales through pricing strategies, promotions, campaigns, advertising, and conversion optimization.
Monitor sales, margins, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), conversion rates, stock availability, and account profitability.
Identify underperforming brands/SKUs and implement corrective actions.
Manage promotional calendars and marketplace investment within agreed margin guardrails.
Identify assortment gaps, new listing opportunities, and high-potential SKUs.
Collaborate with procurement and operations teams on demand forecasting, replenishment, and stock allocation.
Ensure listing quality, product content accuracy, compliance, and catalogue availability.
Coordinate account onboarding, campaign execution, and fulfillment readiness.
Develop new commercial opportunities across KSA digital retail and marketplaces.
Assess customer potential, commercial fit, expected revenue, and Return on Investment (ROI).
Manage opportunities from initial engagement through negotiation, onboarding, and launch.
Build relationships with key buyers and marketplace category managers.
Maintain weekly sales forecasts, commercial priorities, and opportunity pipeline.
Report performance against revenue, margin, and growth targets.
Proactively identify risks, escalate blockers, and recommend corrective actions.
Work closely with UAE commercial, brand, procurement, and operations teams.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to manage marketplace performance and drive e-commerce growth.
Experience in developing and executing commercial growth plans.

Performance Indicators for Success

Within the first six months, success in this role will be measured by:

The establishment of a clear commercial growth plan for all priority KSA accounts.
Measurable revenue improvement across existing channels.
Stronger marketplace execution, availability, and profitability.
Successful launch of new online accounts generating revenue.
Independent ownership of KSA e-commerce performance and priorities.
