The Role of Ecommerce Shipping Agent

As an Ecommerce Shipping Agent, you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain operations, focusing on the end-to-end management of online order fulfillment. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy from the initial processing stages through to final delivery, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational flow.

Core Responsibilities

• Process online customer orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping procedures are consistently followed.
• Coordinate effectively with courier companies to facilitate timely deliveries and maintain updated shipment tracking information for all orders.
• Handle and resolve shipping-related issues, manage product returns, and respond to customer inquiries concerning deliveries.
• Maintain comprehensive shipping records and provide essential support for efficient warehouse and fulfillment operations.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
