Role Overview

The Co-op Training Program at Siemens Smart Infrastructure supports real business operations, allowing participants to develop technical, project, and stakeholder-management capabilities within a professional engineering environment. The program emphasizes practical capability building through contributions to meaningful work across Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Gaining hands-on exposure to ELV and Smart Infrastructure Buildings solutions, including BMS, Fire & Life Safety, Security Systems, Digitalization, IoT, Networks, and Smart Building technologies.
• Supporting the operations team with project documentation, engineering coordination, technical submittals, site follow-up, reporting, testing support, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Collaborating with experienced professionals on projects.
• Learning about Siemens' technologies and solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Networks, IoT, or related Smart Building disciplines.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
