About the Role

Imploy Egypt is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Electro Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supervising mechanical and electrical works across various residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise mechanical and electrical works throughout different project phases.
• Follow up on government permits, approvals, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other consulting engineers to ensure proper project integration.
• Prepare accurate technical and financial proposals.
• Lead, supervise, and guide mechanical and electrical teams to achieve project objectives.
• Participate in evaluating contractors, reviewing proposals, and selecting suitable materials.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code and applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical and electrical supervision.
• At least 3 years of this experience must be gained in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Experience in major residential or commercial projects.
• Previous experience with engineering/design software.
• Previous experience working with consulting firms.
• Valid Saudi driving license and access to a vehicle.
