CareerFirst Company is seeking a full-time Employer Relations Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to expanding our employer network and ensuring the successful integration of partnerships to meet business objectives.

Role Overview

The Employer Relations Specialist drives business development initiatives by establishing and managing strong partnerships with key employers. This position oversees the entire onboarding, enablement, and operational activation process, ensuring that job opportunities are effectively aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end business development tasks, identify growth opportunities, and expand the employer network.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employers, managing communications, establishing rapport, and ensuring long-term partner satisfaction.
• Lead the qualification, onboarding, and enablement journey for new employer partners to ensure smooth operational integration.
• Monitor and track employer activation, ensuring partner needs are effectively met with viable talent and recruitment solutions.
• Prepare regular status reports and update leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs), partnership milestones, and activation outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Business Development, Account Management, Talent Acquisition, or Employer Relations.

Required Skills

• Proven track record in stakeholder management, client engagement, and business growth.
• Strong project tracking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Deep familiarity with Saudi market dynamics and corporate hiring ecosystems.
