About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Engineering Office Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing administrative support to the hotel's engineering department, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication. The coordinator contributes to maintaining a professional environment and supporting departmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for the Engineering office, adhering to company standards and procedures.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring professional communication with guests, owners, and the corporate office.
Report maintenance issues, hazards, or defective equipment, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Offer administrative support for department initiatives and engineering-related projects.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of personal and shared office areas.
