About the Role

Alujain Corp. is seeking an experienced Estimator – Fitout Projects to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to our project delivery, focusing on the precise financial planning and management of various fitout initiatives. The role requires a professional dedicated to developing detailed cost estimates and ensuring budgetary alignment across multiple projects.

Role Overview

The Estimator will be responsible for the comprehensive estimation process, from initial analysis of project specifications and drawings to final budget management and supplier negotiations. This involves close collaboration with project managers to ensure that all cost estimations are accurate, timely, and aligned with project constraints, ultimately contributing to successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for multiple fitout projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
• Coordinate closely with project managers to facilitate accurate and timely cost estimations.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to formulate precise cost estimates.
• Manage the estimation process to ensure alignment with budget constraints across various projects.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal prices for materials and services.
• Identify potential cost risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of all estimates, including assumptions, methodologies, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide clear, detailed estimates.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on current costs of materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.
• Continuously improve estimation processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably within the fitout, construction, or similar industries.
• Proven track record in preparing detailed cost estimates and effectively managing budget constraints.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong understanding of project specifications, drawings, and various cost estimation methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical abilities for detailed cost breakdown and risk assessment.
• Proficient negotiation skills for engaging with suppliers.
• Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and client interaction.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Estimator will work as part of a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality fitout projects.
