About the Role

Alturki Holding is seeking a dedicated Estimator to join our team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to our operations, focusing on accurately assessing and costing vehicle repairs. The Estimator plays a crucial role in ensuring transparency and efficiency throughout the repair process for our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status and address any inquiries about their vehicle or the repair process.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ascertain their condition and evaluate the feasibility of repairs at a reasonable cost.
Prepare detailed estimates for repairs, incorporating customer input, special requests, and specific requirements.
Liaise with insurance companies concerning the repair process and estimated costs, including the efficient handling of claims processing.
Manage misuse estimation, diligently follow up with customers, and secure necessary approvals for repairs.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in vehicle repair estimation. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required to effectively manage the responsibilities associated with this position.

Required Skills and Attributes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and insurance providers.
Strong analytical and inspection abilities to accurately assess vehicle damage and repair requirements.
Proficiency in preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates.
Ability to manage claims processing and secure necessary approvals.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires a consistent presence to manage daily operations and customer interactions effectively.
