About the Role

Careers at TSS is seeking a Senior Email Specialist and Exchange Engineer to join its Infrastructure Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is for an expert in managing complex Microsoft Exchange environments, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will oversee the organization's enterprise email services. This involves ensuring secure, seamless, and high-performance communication across the entire infrastructure, with a focus on the stability and efficiency of critical email systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support multi-site Microsoft Exchange environments and highly complex multi-forest infrastructures.
Implement and manage email security policies using Trend Micro products (IMSVA, DDEI, SMEX).
Administer MS Active Directory trusts, replication topology, and Group Policy Management.
Resolve complex Mail Flow, Routing, and connectivity issues.
Utilize Exchange Management Shell and scripting for automation and efficiency.
Ensure seamless operation for all Exchange clients (Outlook MAPI, OWA, IMAP, Outlook Anywhere) and mobile devices.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess 5-10 years of experience in managing Microsoft Exchange environments and hold the following mandatory certifications:

MCSE: Server Infrastructure
MCSE: Messaging

Technical Expertise

The role requires deep technical proficiency in Microsoft Exchange, including multi-site and multi-forest architectures. Expertise in email security solutions, specifically Trend Micro products such as IMSVA, DDEI, and SMEX, is essential. Strong command of MS Active Directory, encompassing trusts, replication, and Group Policy Management, is also necessary. Candidates should be adept at troubleshooting complex mail flow and connectivity issues, and proficient in using Exchange Management Shell for automation.
