Facilities Manager

About the Role

Khidmah is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily building operations, MEP maintenance, and auxiliary fit-out projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on large commercial assets within the Kingdom.

Role Overview

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of commercial facilities. This includes managing operational workflows, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements and safety standards. The role requires a leader capable of managing site teams and complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) maintenance, inspections, and work order management.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement processes, and site budgets effectively.
• Ensure service delivery meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and client requirements.
• Lead site staff, managing project mobilization and demobilization activities.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, information security protocols, and Business Continuity Planning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Project Management. An MBA or Facilities Management certification is preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in commercial facilities management.
• Proficiency with CAFM software, Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S), HSE regulations, and permit-to-work systems.
