Real Estate Facilities Manager

About the Role

Alsalimi Company is seeking a Real Estate Facilities Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of the company's properties and facilities. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and involves ensuring all assets operate efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to maintain a high standard of service and long-term value for the company's real estate portfolio. The Facilities Manager will combine technical expertise, operational excellence, and smart cost management to deliver optimal property performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping for company residential and commercial properties.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure asset reliability and longevity.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable, cost-effective solutions.
• Lead and develop facility and maintenance teams to achieve high-quality performance.
• Establish clear operational processes and procedures to standardize maintenance and facility workflows.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets, service contracts, and vendor performance.
• Contribute to the study of operations and running costs for new projects to ensure future efficiency.
• Collaborate with the project team on new project handovers, fit-outs, and renovations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Promote energy efficiency and sustainability practices across all facilities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in facility management. The role requires a professional with a strong understanding of property operations and maintenance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region, within Alsalimi Company. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
